Support Services

We undertake After-Sale-Maintenance agreement (with spare parts) during which period we guarantee full operational status of all equipment sold by ISATONG LIMITED. Our Engineers have attended series of courses with our partners abroad, which has been our basis for competent support potentials in various products we supply. Our direct link with the manufacturers has given us the expertise to repair and maintain any faulty unit within the shortest possible time with the provision of needed parts for immediate replacement. Also available are training kits to enhance maximal use of these equipment.

Our efficient and customized services to our customers are facilitated by the wealth of skill acquired by our team of professionals, which are the best the industry can offer.
Our Engineers have been certified internationally by our foreign partners due to their performance in various areas of training to which they have been exposed. We have the resources to tackle every aspect of Information Technology.
Our engineering centers are well equipped with modern facilities for repairs of faulty electronic equipment. Our services utilize efficient quality assurance and project management team to ensure prompt project implementation; specialized industrial constancy to assist our customers to specify, implement and support various ranges of services required to meet their needs; and training specialists necessary to impart adequate knowledge required to maximize use of their systems. Preventative Maintenance

We perform the following preventive maintenance for Tally printers, UPS, and other products under our support services on a fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis:
(a) Clean the internal and external parts of each printer
(b) Tidy up electrical and communication cables connected to
each printer.
(c) Perform other necessary activities required to sustain the
Life spans of the product.

Corrective Maintenance

ISATONG LIMITED also performs corrective maintenance and back-up services or your Tally Printers, UPS, Systems, LAW/WAN E-commerce solution etc, and other products. When a fault is brought to ISATONG LTD, we shall within one working day of notification, conclude fault diagnosis and submit to the client a report indicating the nature of the fault and the cost of repairs. For back up services we have a large stock of various ranges of the products to backup our client services, to ensure their job continuity.

Spare Parts

Apart from the above backup machine, Isatong holds a large inventory of components for repairs of Power Supply and Logic Boards of various brands of equipment such as IBM, Compatible PCs, printers, Gencom, Epson, HP Printer, Tally,3-Com, D-link, and Uninterruptible Power Supplies.
